I’ve always been an active person. I’ve played sports and worked out most of my life but nothing really ever got me into the shape I wanted to be in. And then I met Larry. Larry has the incredible ability to take the most simple movements and not only make them challenging, but they get results, and the workout is always different, so you never get bored. I leave my workouts feeling motivated, stress free and feeling confident. Since working out with Larry I’ve dropped that stubborn 12 pounds I’d been hanging on to, my clothes fit again and I don’t even mind being seen in a bathing suit. Now that’s an accomplishment! As a busy mother, wife and business owner finding the time to keep my workouts new and challenging became my challenge. I’m a longtime fitness enthusiast and part time group fitness instructor so I know the importance of regular resistance training. Let’s say I am no stranger to “hitting the gym”. As I approached 40 I began to find it harder and harder to “hang on” to my lean body mass.

In 2010, I was invited by a friend to experience a Larry Walker workout. I have been hooked ever since!

As a result of regular workouts with Larry, I’ve reached my goal of 15 percent body fat. What I’ve learned is there’s never a dull moment when it’s time to work out with Larry. He continues to surprise and challenge me with something different every time we get together. What I’ve experience with every workout is so much more than just achieving a low body fat percentage. I have more energy than I did when I was 22 and I’m confident that whatever my fitness goals may be Larry will be right beside me encouraging and drawing out the very best in me! I have and will continue to recommend Larry to anyone looking to make changes in their personal fitness.

I’ve always been a very active person and the gym has been an important part of those activities, whether it’s teaching a cycle class, biking outdoors, running or hitting the weights. In 2010 my wife began working out with Larry a month or so before she invited me to join her. All I can say is WOW, what a workout. Larry put me through some intense cardio training and I loved it. Shortly after that, I decided that I wanted to incorporate a little more heavy weight lifting into my routine. Once again, WOW, Larry pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. He continues to encourage me and prove his point… I am very capable of whatever I set my mind to! I thank him for that on a regular basis. My workouts continue to evolve because of Larry and so do I. I first started working out with Larry 2 1/2 years ago after watching him transform my husband’s health & fitness over the past 5 years. Larry is unlike any other trainer / fitness expert I’ve ever met. He is incredibly disciplined and will challenge you beyond what you think you’re capable of doing. However, he does it in a motivating and encouraging way, to help you become the best you can be. He practices what he preaches, and he has safety as his number one priority. His workouts can be grueling, but we still have fun, laugh, and surprise each other every session. I cannot speak highly enough of Larry, and encourage anyone to try just one session to see what I mean.

My name is Leslie, and I have trained with Larry for quite a few years now. I always look forward to working with Larry. Larry always mixes the workouts up-always causing muscle confusion. When things get tough, Larry always encourages me in a positive way, making sure I can do it! Working out with Larry and following his meal plans, my body is heading in the right direction! experience…

I started training with Larry in 2001 in preparation for my wedding. I had a goal and he helped me accomplish it plus some. Whenever I look at wedding pictures, I am very happy with how I looked on that special day.

I started training with Larry again in 2004 and with his workouts, that he constantly is changing and his nutritional meal planning, I was able to bounce back from having 2 babies within 2 years. In the past year or so, I have had several injuries and Larry’s knowledge of the body has helped me to do a lot of physical therapy at home. Even though, I might complain about our workouts, I really look forward to them and enjoy our discussions. I have referred Larry to several friends and they all have raved about what a great trainer he is. I have to agree with them, plus he’s a wonderful person with high moral character.
